As far as Karo vs Yushi. I'm torn. I'd like to see Karo come back in good form, but I'd also like Yoshi to follow up his quick win over War Machine with something else great. A win over Karo would surely give him further credibility. Karo has only had 2 fights in the past 14 months, the last one being a loss. I feel he needs this one more.

I really dont know a lot about either Karo or Yushi to really pick in this, so I am not gonna say anything about either fighter. For Evans and Liddell, I want to see Iceman get back on track and fight for the belt, but at the same time, I want someone else new to take on a new champion. Either that, or take the winner of Liddel/Evans, and place them against Silva for a #1 contender spot. Let Forrest defend once against someone, and bring on that fight (if Forrest is still champ).
But, since it is MMA, its just too tough to pick a clear cut winner in most fights. I mean, who would of thought Forrest would be a champion watching him on TUF? Who would of thought that we would be seeing peruvian neck ties?

very true!!
You don't know Karo Parisyan?? He's been around for years. He's logged wins over Josh Burkman, Drew Fickett, Nick Thompson, Matt Serra, Chris Lytle, Nick Diaz, Shonie Carter, etc. Just hasnt fought but 2 fights in the last year, one of them being a loss. So i think this is big for him to get back on track. Yoshi has a good overall MMA record, but his only UFC fight was his 56 second victory over War machine. I honestly never heard of him before that fight. So this is his chance to prove if he is really a banger, or if that first UFC appearance was a fluke. Karo's only UFC losses came to GSP, Thiago Alves and Diego Sanchez. So with the list of people he beat, and those 3 losses, you know he's no slouch, because they are all top competitors right now.

I was going to start another thread, but didn't want people to complain. There are only a handful of us that comment on MMA anyway. lol
If the OP (massone) wants to change the thread title..go for it. lol
