Very true. Unfortuantely its hard to have the entire country without transportation for months on end. Using public transport is also consumption though..it will never end

Actually, PA is an "open carry" state, which means anyone legally allowed to own a firearm can carry it openly in public anywhere in the state with a few exceptions, such as in a city of the first class (Philly's our only one).

I've always wondered if that meant I could walk into Walmart with a AR slung over my shoulder or if it only applied to handguns.

I'm not sure if I get anything back with this. If I do thats great I guess, I could use the money towards my car fund. But what I've heard is this is a(n) advance on next year tax return. If it is, I have a feeling I'll be paying the gov't next year.

Actually, that's not correct. The limit for receiving all $600 is an AGI under $75,000. For every $1K over, you lose $50 until you get nothing.
