Just to make things clear, the state gives extra money to marple township as well as other townships so they can do the detail, havertown had one yeasterday on rt.1. The state basically tells the township to do it.

You know what's funny? They only pull people over that do 51 and above, if you were going 50 you would have been fine... but anyway I think the speed limit is 40? But I could be wrong, I worked on that detail about a year and a half ago

So he starts to rip my car apart. going threw everything, pulling papers out of my glovebox, throwing them on the floor, leaving them there. and just trashing threw all my ****.

So then he ask's kathy to get out and scott. Searches scott, and doesnt search kathy for some reason lol. Then starts to ask me and her why she is here all the way from honey brook. Im like WTF? does that have to do wit this situation. So then he proceeds to rip the back of my car apart, looking for anything to arrest us for. So as i stand there, laughing, cause i know there are NO drugs in the car, or on anyone, this idiot is crawling under my seats, and pulling up my shiftboot and searching every inch of my car.

So after 40 minutes of searching, me being told to hold my hands on the trunk by one cop, then another one told me i didnt have to, so i took them off and then the one who told me to says shut up and put ur hands on the trunk, im like wtf. Then he finds MY OLD ID's from when i was under 21 and ask's why i have them... well duh retard. Their my id's. why wouldnt i have them.

So then he lets us get back in the car, and gives me a warning for texting while driving.

****ing newbs.

God I love when cops violate your constitutional rights against unlawful search and seizure by making **** up. My mother wonders why I barely respect any of them.

Technically you shouldn't have been pulled over in the first place. Local police in PA cannot pull you over for going 6 mph over the speed limit in an area with a speed limit under 55 mph. You can go to court and not pay the $107.50 for what he probably ticketed you for (3111a).

I think everyone should read and understand the Vehicle Code for their state. It would save them a lot of hassles when receiving tickets or just knowing what they can and cannot do in general.

Well...you aren't really convicted unless you are held under arrest so, the cop can pull you over for any speed above the limit. Conviction is determined in court, if he so chooses to go there since you (sorta) are innocent until proven guilty.

51 - 45 = 6 whicn in PA = 2 points, Its cool that you got a nice cop and got a different code put on the citation instead (I think you did? I could be wrong.)
