ditto. i used to have a job like yours scape. i would just wait for mail to come in and then do mindless data entry in excel alllllllllllll day. just typing in dates. it was the most mind numbing experience ever and i couldnt wait to get out of it.

now im stuck in a small company that works me like a slave. im busy all day and night and i have three titles..........but i only get paid for one :/

now i wish i was back entering mindless data. moral of story is the grass is always greener on the other side. just go where the money is good

money is great where I'm going. I'm getting a larger base pay PLUS bonus'... I get $10 for everyone that gets hired... I get a set amount for every location that does well, pass/fail type of deal. I could be making a bonus of $1200 each month before the summer is out...hopefully more...

The problem with "mindless data entry"... there is no future. Unless you're going to school and getting a degree at the same time you're stuck doing **** work. I wasn't gonna have that. I'm sick of working two jobs. I want my 9 to 5 job to pay for all my bills and leave me with money to spend and save.

The resorts I'm working for now prefer to promote from within due to a unique business structure for the resort/vacation club business. If this location does well I will be a major contributor to this location exceeding their 4.4 million dollar budget. Which sets me up nicely in a career within a hotel/resort business.

MoreBoostPlease and Buster, I do web design and programming... we can work something out ;)
