The 1 feature that makes facebook better than myspace is the fact that they compare your friends with others.

So I can look up someone who i go to school with now, or someone I just met and instantly know who they know, and it will tell me if we have any friends in common!

Its nice for simple notes, or planning events and actually inviting people who you know, or people who care. The picture system is better, allowing you to tag others in the pictures, so that if i wanna see a pic of someone, I can see tons of pics that they didn't even post!

I agree. I like the picture system a hella lot better. Also facebook now takes everyone not just college kids. It's a lot easier to track down people from HS and college IMO, but what do I know...

also I had to get a new myspace and also started a facebook recently here they are...

As soon as I go to put applications in for jobs, I will be deleting my accounts from all of these sites tho.

^ yeah my one friend is in her last semester for teaching and has been told that if she has an account on either site and the school see's pictures that it doesn't like (i.e. low cut shirt, drinking, etc) she will be kicked out of the program. Needless to say she's already deleted her myspace account and has upped the privacy to the mas on her facebook

You guys serious? Ok if your friends with someone on facebook its a lot easier to stalk. It's tells you every time any one of your friends does aanything on it. Myspce does none of that. Its creepy and stupid. Who needs to know when you changed your profile from "in a relationship" to "its complicated"... and whos wall you just wrote on.

why do you have to call me out like that? I have a picture on my page with a wall that everyone drew pictures and wrote their names on.....

You can edit your preferences so that people don't see all those things...

I will be doing the exact same thing. They don't mind if you have it, but they just check on there. I don't want to take any chances though haha.

yea, employers are keeping an eye out for stuff like that now. I usually visit my facebook once a day or so, but I don't send many messages or anything with it. It's a good way to keep in touch with people I went to high school with.

I have a facebook, but i'll end up just removing all the info and pictures. I think i will just leave the people on there to find contact info after i graduate.

I have both myspace and facebook.... and actually prefer facebook. Its easier, no gawdy layouts, and i use it mostly to keep in touch w/ college friends of mine. Myspace now is mostly used for tracking bands that I like for new cd releases, new music, and tour dates.
