I'm not going to state an opinion yet, just pose two questions:

If you believe killing is wrong (ie, someone is a criminal for killing someone), then how do you justify killing them in return. Who decides who lives and dies? Isn't it just as wrong to kill them?

How do you decide if someone is truly guilty? Is it worth the risk of killing 100 people found guilty when even one of them could be innocent? You can't bring someone back to life 10 years later if you find out that the judicial system made a mistake...

go to prision and ask how many are inocent and bet you all of them say they are. these people are not worth anything they should all be killed society would be much better off

Like Poolmike has been saying.... The death penalty can be orchestrated for very cheap. I'm not a greedy person, but I'll charge more than $50 bucks each. Say $1k each at about 50 people a week. Nice....

If you kill someone, you have absolutely no right to see the light of day again. Nor eat or drink any kind of substance. You deserve to be killed and not even be buried, just thrown into a fire pit.

If you kill an innocent person is what I'm talking about. Now some guy that kills someone robbing his house, go him!

I agree. Im from Texas, and they have a new law, if you kill 3 or more people, there is no waiting, they send you in the express lane, first in line to die.
