There is a modded Blue one down near where I live in Mayslanding, NJ. Do you have a forum, i raced a guy who lived a few houses down from me until I moved.

What do you mean by do i have a forum? I tend to browse m3forum.com a lot because there's lots of good info there, if that answers your question.

M3 power modding... sucks. Short of an SC it's very hard to get anything out the car car. 75% percent of the exhausts out there will actually lose you power (and prices start around 1k), same with intakes (though they start at the bargain price of $500), software may get you some top end power but only at the cost of low end torque. In short... if you put in $6k you can get 30hp, $8K gets you a stage 1 supercharger for 450hp, and $15K gets you stage 2 SC for about 500-550hp. Anyway, point of rant, you should really compare to stock ones instead of modded ones. From the sound of things you'll demolish me now anyway
