built and supercharged lt1 setup for drag racing ~ mid 11's to mid 10's give or take, alot of factors to tell but that car looked like it had been raced before quite a bit. 100 shot on top of that and your guess is as good as mine. key words- "set up for drag racing".

the guy in the t/a was an older experienced drag racer also, there are SOOO many dirty tricks that can be pulled- and im not doubting he pulled a couple of them.

i wish the guy in the t/a would've staged the honduh, and did a ballz out pass with it just to show the kid how to drive the thing.

rumor on ls1tech is that the kid with the honduh had a professional driver that was going to drive the car for him, but then the driver either bailed out or the kid fired him so he had to drive his own car.

I dunno im just happy with the outcome...the t/a guy was cool as hell, knew what he was doing, and deserved to win...the dude with the civic obviously had no idea what he was doin, couldnt drive and was on street tires for some odd reason....oh well

they didn't lose the car.
they bought back the car for $300 bucks and put it in a hatch now

I wonder if he'd lost his car if he was actually a decent driver or his car WAS fast. Not from the fact that he would win the race (he'd still lose), but I don't think the domestic guy would've felt so bad about taking his car. I think the domestic guy just felt too guilty about taking his Honda after how bad he beet him, almost like he was robbing the special olymipics of their gold medals (in a moral sense).

To me, it seemed as though he lied about his car's HP and capability to Pinks just to get on the show itself. He totally forgot that he'd actually have to race if he ever got on. 2 months later, he gets a call....This is why you never talk your car up because there are so many more people that are faster.
