How long did you cook them for before you pulled them apart and at what temp. They look great.

They were baked for about 20 mins at 200 Degrees before I tried to pull them apart. Do not put the lights in the oven until it is warmed up first. Most ovens bump the heat up to get to temperature. It WILL be hotter than 200 degrees until it is preheated.

Make sure you have all the screws, rubber, bulbs, etc off the headlights before you even attempt to bake them.

You need to heat them to get them back together as well.
