That's why I park in a the opposite corner of the parking lot furthest away from the building. I've seen too many incidents where someone opens a car door into someone elses car, looks at it and then just goes about their business.

This is actually pretty simple. Call the cops and get a report done. Get her insurance information and tell your insurance company your car was involved in an accident. Get a loaner car (paid by her insurance) while your car is getting fixed or fix it yourself and get more mods.

The situations that suck involve incidents where the cop can't see any thing that is worth writing up....

I have one ding in my car from a piece of ice falling off a truck on the highway. I've been lucky for these past 7 months. I do keep my breaker bar in the trunk for that special occasion. Its gonna happen, and if I witness it the other person is NOT gonna be very happy.
