Rob, I used to be a buff 180 lbs lol, I always wear long sleeve shirts and such and hide myself. But when Im occasionally...scantly clad, everyone noticed and commented. I dont work out for the look, I work out to be in shape.

i already have a pretty nice ass, i just want to tone my legs up alittle more. i miss how i looked when i played ice and field hockey every day.
