I bought my Mr. Hyde from tigerfitness for like 35 shipped. They also have the orginal stuff, Hyde. Hyde is supposed to be taken off the market sometime soon because it's too strong.

I ordered igniter extreme at the recommendation of a friend who has been getting everything for free, and trying dozens of different products.



I also hit 270x2 on squat today. Huge PR for me.

Thats awesome! What's your weight if you don't mind me asking. Also let me know what you think of the Mr. Hyde.

I hit a PR for shoulder presses yesterday. I don't go for 1rm or anything but hit a few sets of 5 with 75# DBs. From someone who has had shoulder problems in the past I'm really happy about that!

i bounce between 185-200, but haven't been under 190 in a few months, I'm just under 6 feet tall. I'm going to start cutting and doing more cardio in the coming weeks. Wanna look beast when i take my shirt off in the summer.

Mr. Hyde is great,used it for the last four weeks. Using igniter extreme now, pretty good so far.

I feel you on that. I'm cutting now. I'm down 5-6 lbs over the last 3 weeks. Still a little over 220 right now. I'm pretty toned up everywhere but my midsection. Its not going away as fast as I'd like haha. I'm hoping in the next 3-4 weeks ill have my abs back. I think another 5ish lbs and ill be good

Whats your guys take on the best weight gaining supplement? I have used Serious Mass from Optimum but would prefer something easier to mix http://supplementreviews.com/optimum/serious-mass

That's what a buddy of mine used when bulking and he loved it. He tried a few others and said that was his favorite. You just need to really focus on your macros and make sure you're eating more than what you're burning. Make sure its clean food though. Dirty bulks are too much effort to fix. If you put on good weight, aka muscle, the first time its much better/easier.

I personally never used a gainer, I just stuck with eating and lifting and was able to put on a good bit of muscle. What's your weight now and what's your goal?

Diet is the key for success no matter if your goal is to bulk or lean out. Taking a gainer will help but you will need to step your diet up too. I used to be about 185, and it took an insane amount of eating and training to get over 200.

yeah 1rm. usually follow it up with lik 225 for 10-12

even 225 on a bb overhead press is nuts. I don't know why but I've never liked the bb press. I always stick with DBs.

did 315 lbs OHP and followed up with 14 reps of 225.

I used to not like it until it was one of the only exercises I do not experience pain doing.

Weighed myself yesterday and I'm down 7 lbs in 3.5 weeks on my cut. Pretty damn happy with the results so far. Obviously weight isn't everything, but I'm maintaining my strength and seem to have maintained all my lean muscle mass. Just burning fat. Abs almost here.

Well that would be a good reason to learn to love it. Thats awesome though, well done with a strong rep follow up after getting the 315. Very impressive.

Yea its not easy. You can still eat a decent amount, just have to make sure you're still at a deficit. Check out this calculator http://www.1percentedge.com/ifcalc/

Its good to help with checking macro goals. I'm still eating about 2000 calories a day. Which is still a pretty big deficit for me since maintenance it probably around 3200 or so. One of my biggest problems is hitting my protein macro. Trying to maintain my lean muscle mass while burning off the fat.

serious mass is no ****ing joke. you will gain like crazy if you can eat enough while taking that. one serving is like 1600cal haha. you have to force feed yourself if you take that, otherwise you could honestly just have one serving of that per day and not eat anything else lol

Ordered a couple things of the original Jack3d last week. Should be here tomorrow. Apparently its the best preworkout ever. They banned it because of a certain ingredient so everyone is in a frenzy saying its so terrible for you. Same thing as ephedra, if not used properly, yes bad things will happen. Just don't be a jackass and take 8 scoops haha.

after years of back injuries and having trouble deadlifting, i found a solution that lets me deadlift pain free

belt above bellybutton pulling sumo.

after a year of not deadlifting i pulled 495lbs for 3!
