I never was much of a max weight person, more of a I can do a decent amount forever.

I'm with you on that. When I was doing football in past I maxed at liek 240, when I started at 130 on the bench.

I could do 200 10 times usually... I was a big kid back in the day lol...

also to add to my list, I did martial arts back then too so that helped my core.

I never figured out my "max"

I was able to consistently put up 225 back in the day, I was 180 lbs, 6-7% body fat, could leg press around 400. I was a rocket and could crush things on will haha, sike, but yeah I miss being built

Only reason i put up so much weight is our high school was in a lot of competitions around the area with other high schools, that and i was tired of kids calling me a pussy quarterback.

i think the lowest body fat wise for me was when i was 156 pounds, doing martial arts 5 times a week, and running alot. I was at around 4-5%. i was cut up like all hell, but not that big, cept my legs. i could leg press 450+ and max out the calf raise machine.

but, the biggest muscle wise for me was when i was training mma in japan and lifting weights. i was 184, 9% body fat, cut down to 175 for tournaments.

now, i'm 198, who knows what body fat, but still in good shape. if i got back into lifting weights (more then 3 times a week) and running and full time martial arts training, i could def. see my self back to around 180

I'm a lot stronger than I look, I surprise myself but I don't act tough. I do often find people saying they dont doubt any of my abilities, it's a family gene, we all got that Hulk in us weather we're big or not lol

I just had a thought..they should bring back that game, twisted metal..i think **** would be so much crazier now since the cars wouldn't be square and the weapons so pitiful.

They would need the original 989 Studios aka the makers of the first 4 twisted metals, to make it. cuz once the franchise moved off the ps1(small brawl excluded), all the twisted metals were made by an outsourced company that bought the franchise rights. if the company who owns it now makes another one, it'd be like expecting a good call of duty from treyarch. its never gonna happen.

My avatar for like 2 weeks was the clip from shadow's ending in tm2 where calypso was flying next to the plane. i got soo many WTFs from people who never beat that game with more than the minion cheat.
