The Au Bon Pain in the airport used to make Jalapeno-cheddar corn bread. that was sooooooo good.

I've lost 10 pounds in 3 weeks but eating only three meals. no extra, snacking and what not. and only drinking water. accompanied by 50 push ups and sit ups a day. im amped lol

My biggest issue is laziness. In high school, i had football 365 days a year. i don't do a thing now.
