i smoked a brisket yesterday for about 6 hours and over cooked it because I was doing too many things. I need to get the technique down before i smoke my 15lber.

oh and I had some amazing schnitzel at the newportville inn on saturday, wife had some german meatballs, I don't know how they make them but they were the best i have ever had.

I've been a fan of pecan and hickory, sadly the hickory i pickd up from home depot ignites in my smoker. I even soaked some chunks for 20 mins and they still ignited. The pecan is fine, and the peach i got from ebay is fine. I'll probably order some hickory and cherry from ebay.

The stuff I got at HD also lights. I've learned to keep my water tray topped to compensate for the heat.

After having them on for about a day now, the ride height and with having a gravel driveway i'm either going to put the stock ones back on, or raise it up an inch or so. I also forgot how much I hated coilovers haha.

Morning all. Hope you all are doing well. Looking to get the mustang back on the road this weekend and then gears maybe installed next week. Jim I'll let you know pricing when it's done.

nah, so far this week has just been very trying on my patience. One thing I don't get is, If a seller is going to request a signature upon delivery it should be stated prior to choosing the delivery address so you the buyer can accommodate it. I don't know many people with the luxury to sit home all day waiting to sign for a package?
And why is it that FedEx has a button on their site to change the address, but when you call them and ask them they can't? It's like us sheep are won over by these signs and buttons that make use feel good and safe, when in actuality there is no substance behind them.

Ah that sucks, lol. This will be my first set of coilovers, actually. I researched for quite a long while and got a set that is said to be exceptionally comfortable for my chassis. Hopefully it works out haha. I mean, everything on the internet is true... heck, I'm a french model... Uhh, bonjour.

Dude I got blower and 4 speed auto. I went through a half tank getting down to OCMD last year. Don't tell me that's not good mileage.
