Yeah ;) We have a fireplace insert so it's going to help us heat the house this winter. If you want a little bit, we can spare some, like 10-15 logs for the occaisional fire.

Had a decent weekend. Met up with Oakes Saturday night. Had a bitch of a time trying to install a new midpipe on my mustang. Well, the nuts were hell to get off, one of the studs we are trying to bang off the flange on the xpipe we are installing isn't able to bang out. Broke an extension. Yeah I don't know, **** just became a mess.

wow. exhaust nuts/bolts are a PITA to get off. I've found out that if you spray them with PB blaster the night before you go to remove them, it helps a crap load.

Yeah, I heard that too, but read that yesterday, the day I decided to do it haha. Even snapped a bolt too because the nut was rusted onto it.

I had a car issue this weekend too. My friend brought his Grand Prix GTP up to do his brakes. We put the car on jackstands. took all for wheels off. We remove the caliper, compress it, go to put the new pads on, then realize they gave him the wrong part number. It didn't fit. My car was parked in. I ended up going back and forth 50 times like in AUstin Powers to wedge my car out so we could swap the parts. Then we get home, and he never bought brake fluid to bleed his brakes while we were there. I was so pissed. He wanted to go back to the store and get some. It went form 2 hour of work to 4+ cause we stopped 2 times .

Bah... a 3 hour brake job isn't as bad as a 2 day brake job which never got done.

Damn that's nuts. Right now we are having trouble getting the stud on this used xpipe banged out from the flange. It has like a weird pattern. It won't budge the slightest bit and it's pissing me off like no other. We even torched the damn thing.

Man my car hated me on saturday. First the axle nut wouldnt come off, that was like an hour to figure out, then my rear swaybar clamps or whatever you wanna call them bolts that secure it to the crossmember broke... But the old trans is out, flywheel w/ new friction surface and rear main seal are off... No major broken or stripped bolts at all... And man i hate parts stores. I got the rear main seal set and it didnt come with both gaskets. Told me no questions asked, come pick it up today... Call today, oh you have to bring the old one too...

So now i gotta go to my car, go to the parts store, then go back to my car.

Regardless... Worked on it 9am-6 or so saturday. Everything is ready to go back in, so im just gonna shoot to get the clutch mounted up and the trans back in and call it a night tonight.

Pain in my ass... Had a good weekend tho. Nice weather yesterday and today should be even better. Got to go to dinner with my dad and friends on Saturday which was fun... Played Forza with Michelle
last night.

Hoping to play for an hour or 2 tonight so i can get some faster cars to play
with friends lol.

Hope everyone has a good monday. Work isnt so bad so far... Cant complain.

why are there so many dis-honest people.
this weekend i had a cord of wood delivered. I'd say 80% of it is moldy and 15% of that is so rotted it crumbles in your hands.
And get this, the guy was like. "My wood is the best there is" , "I'm the most honest person i know"

Now i have a cord of rotted wood in my yard just sitting thre ready for termites and carpenter ants to feast on it.

I have one of my more interesting details carrying over. I'm baffled as to what is up with the paint on this car, which is evidently OEM with the exception of the front bumper and the rear passenger quarter panel. The readings from the paint gauge are anywhere from 133 to 255....which is incredibly spaced apart. a 50 point gap is pushing it but expected....over 100 though? ugh.
