Do you take Tylenol or anything for the pain, Rob? Or keep it wrapped? I think it's time for you to go to the doctors... They might not be able to do anything, but maybe they'll recommend some exercises to work though

I do take stuff and it works temporarily and no wrapping. Yeah I think it's time to cave in. I just have to figure out who my doctor was and their number since I switched getting benefits through work.

im getting better at learning her triggers, so if we both stay sane, this can actually end well. i already got an apology out of her(which if you know her is almost unbelievable) and we both agreed to start from scratch that way it'll get rid of some of the awkwardness. it didnt help our last relationship that i kinda blew up either, but we kinda kept most of the break up info under the rug so her parents still like me after all this.

Take a look at Kevin Mansman(spelling). He is a great doc. My brother went to see him for his knee. He didn't the surgery and everythg, no issues since.

Plus he was the doc for the US Olympic ski team so he gotta know something. Is office is about a mile from Grand Slam in Malvern off rt 30.
