I'm kind of with you on that actually. Why go through the hassle of buying a house and then realize it's not big enough and then need to move out 5 years after you buy it.

i want my own place too.

but, me getting my own house won't happen for a while, i want to get to a certain point with a job pay wise before i even think about it.

thus why, i'm probly going to end up renting a apartment, or small house for a while

and, i have 3 cars (one not drivable right now), so, me getting another car i want isn't going to happen

i bought a house well below what i could afford. My girl and I have already paid off $7k more in principal in just the first year.

2 cars w/ payments
insurance
cable
phone
credit card (minimal)
food
etc etc etc

i pay for everything i have. Fortunately, my major bills only eat about half my take home pay each month. the second car however eats into my ability to save money. I've been lucky enough to have been cutting back on my random spending to continue to be sitting pretty each month. though the money i do have saved is slowly depreciating due to the additional costs involved with two vehicles (insurance, gas, payments)

But i'm not complaining at all. I'm still right where i expected to be all things considered.

The big thing that is going to hurt me is paying for the track time and instructions on friday... BUT, I'm looking at starting Oakes site soon, i've got a meeting wednesday for another one and hopefully another vendor on here will be sitting down with me that I'm VERY excited to be able to do

I beg to differ. $60 income cann't afford a $120k house. I'm telling you that from expereince. You can survive for a little, but the first big that that happens and your SOL.
