Do we have any impressive artists in the house who would be able to help with the design of the TST Spring Meet shirt this year? Looking to come up with something awesome so everyone will want one...

I can't wait to go home. My co-workers are annoying.

My secretary actually had the nerve to ask me if I was going to have a claim opened by 3 so she can upload the medical records before she leaves or it would have to wait until tomorrow. I responded... "I thought you are scheduled to work til 3:30 and yes, it will be opened before 3:30." It takes a whopping 3 minutes to email some PDF files to the case once they are scanned. She expects to get 30 minutes to do this.

I guess my expetations that she can flip through 150 pages in 3 hours, remove all the junk claim forms, and then sort whats left chronologically by year are too high. This kinda job would take me 30-45 minutes tops.

I'm very quickly getting to that time where I need to start shopping for realtors. Looking to buy a house this summer and been loosely checking out listings online and wow........ either too expensive or crap.

I'm already getting the feeling that this is going to be a long and painful process.....

Housing prices are eventually going to go back up now. There's no way they can go much lower. New houses though are selling like crazy though.

It really all depends on the area you are looking at. Around where I live, you can find a house ranging from $220k to $500k+. It's a painful process Antonio if you know what you are looking for. I went through about 15 houses before I found the one we live in now. I went over my budget for sure, but it's a house I don't plan on moving out of EVER. You don't know what the market is going to be like in the future along with the rates and I don't want to take that risk.
