anyone in central jersey think they can remove a stripped power steering belt tension bolt?

I have no belt on right now because of that piece of ****. I removed the ac compressor today. Need to get this PS belt on...

Take a dremel or grinder to it, and cut a slit in it, then get a nice big heavy duty flat head and twist that bitch... hit it with PB blaster.

if that doesn't work, honestly, an easy out kit from Home Depot will get it.
