I'm going to be the person to finally say it, your car is super clean and trim/wheel coloring matching is subtle and not at all overdone.
HOWEVER. Your fitment absolutely blows and you need bigger wheels, your car is dwarfing those amg's. It's very clean but could look much better.

Here is the problem: The camber that you see in the rear is only there in the last 1-2" of travel (read: it cambers when I lower it). When I raise it to drive, the camber lessons and the wheels look more flush. (in the first rolling shot the rear is still all the way down. In the second, you can see it straightens.) As stated, I have 8mm spacers in the back. I originally planned for 16mm spacers in the back and when the car was aired out it the tire pushed the fender out. My ride height is such that the rim is just tucking in the back. If I ride anywhere close to that I am going to cause damage to both my fenders and tire. When I stretched tires on 17's, the curvature of the tire allowed me to run wider because the wheel would camber in in enough time. On 18's rim and tire are taller. The MKV's are generally down and in... although a few people are starting to push that button, but their fenders are screwed. ![]() ![]() The other option is to have the front fenders molded onto the rear. ![]() My fitment is just how I want it. Don't over exagerate, the car is just not made to sit like the MKIV's and I don't plan on doing extensive molding to counteract the camber in the rear. Here is my previous fitment - 17x9.5 et 41 in the rear. The metal lip would rest on the fender, so I was bending my rear 1/4 panels and I just don't want to deal with it. If I laid it out too hard, it would just crumble the fender. This way, I can air out the car as hard/ fast as I want and not have to worry about it. I can drive with the rear all the way down in the rear now and the only damages are from being bottomed out on the shock. ![]() At this height, if I rode too low, my rear 1/4's would be covered in rubber and I melted the paint just a tiny bit.
