yeah it does... i woke up early to go to the gym today and noticed it was below 40... **** that, curled back up under the covers and went back to sleep. i need to do something at home during the winter when it is freezing out at 6am so i don't have to go to the gym. was thinking of that p90x workout just to keep me occupied during the colder months, then back to lifting when it warms up

i don't expect any kind of working out not to be tough. i just expect it to replace the gym for the next few months.

course, i could just hit the gym at work after work and not use the showers... just head home. not like i need to get changed to lift... jeans and a t shirt work hmmmm

P90x will kick your ass Ken. That's what I've heard.

I have a little rant, and comes from a drag racing background with my family. You ever notice how someone, like that Atco video of the civic running 10's, says they went 10.1 in the 1/4 mile. **** man, it's 10.19, not ****ing 10.1. It's 10.1 if you go 10.10. There's a difference between those numbers. He almost ran 10.20. Ok little rant over. Don't know if that made sense.

i can deal with an ass kicking. i want to lose some weight on my stomach and sides before i get my tattoo. i'd like to go into spring lifting a bit leaner. i'm already lifting more than i ever have before though, so i can deal with cutting for a bit

and i've ran a 14.10 in my srt :p

I have little stuff to work out with at home which is where I normally like to work out, but I'm just going to wait until I move out (which might be in a couple years) to get serious about it again. It's a little cramped where I have everything and it gets annoying.

which is the reason why i'm down with giving that p90x stuff a try... you need a mat, dumbbells and a pull up bar and thats it. i may hit the mall and see what sears has and price that stuff up

Well good luck. I've heard a lot about it after people got started... I'd recommend starting on a Friday so your body has the weekend to recover and can get used to moving again.

I hear ya on the being up late thing. I got detoured all over the place on the way home from dan's last night and didn't get home until 2. After that, I was comfy in bed but couldn't fall asleep. The last time I looked at the clock before falling asleep it was after 3am... I'm a little sleepy this morning.

im always buff so i dont need to go to the gym LOL

Morning everyone. Was spiking 17psi on the way to work today... I know i know i said i dont boost on the way to work but there was a 5.0 stang with fag flames on the side that when i was sitting at a stop sign took off to the right so i turned and caught up pretty fast... Then he was like "oh so your car IS kinda fast..." lol oh well...

But with that said i have to get the right junction to hook up my wideband to the laptop i have so i can log a/f and make sure im not getting any crazy dips or lean spots.

Glad today is payday for sure. Might even go get my spare trans this weekend if i can find a car to use thats NOT michelles brand new car lol. Who wants to lend me $500 so i can get my clutch and throw it together next weekend? Lol

You need something to pick up your trans? I might be able to help out. Can possibly borrow my dads truck and get it with you if you want to toss out some gas money.

Rob, I'm surprised I'm not a zombie too. I'm just not so motivated to be at work, my bed seems much more appealing.

Dpan, thanks for not volunteering my car for this haul =] any other time I would've done it... You known i like this car too much though
