i'm funny about money... i figure i could die at any moment... i may as well enjoy it. i don't mind saving money, i'm just not going to go crazy about it.

i work for the money, i'm going to enjoy it. but i'm going to make sure i'm not over extending myself at the same time

IE pay it all on time lol

550 extra a month right now would suck, but i'd get by. but i get my raise starting april... and i'll be paying about 400 less per month on rent and splitting utilities. so raise + no srt + lower rent = supercharger paid off in 12 months no problem

Yeah I could see that not looking too bad actually. Looks odd though because that mustang isn't dropped. So would that delay funds for Forced Induction?

Hey Ken you seem pretty good on the loans part of financial stuff. My girlfriend bought a car, then bought a brand new one about a year and a half ago. Got killed with the loan and is now paying out of the wazoo. She knows she was dumb then. Is there a way she can get the interest rate lower than it is now? She pays about 50-100 more a month than what her bill is, but we are just trying to cut it down as quickly as possible.

I'm saying if you got the shaker hood, but I guess with the payments it wouldn't delay getting a supercharger. That make better sense? haha

refinance it. where did she get the loan? if it was via a bank or the dealership... i'd go talk to a credit union about refinancing the car. they'll set you up with a used vehicle loan. i almost got one for the srt and they would have approved me for 80% of what i needed (thanks to my credit score)

depending on score, you could see 80-1**% of the value you need. credit unions are happy to lend.

got ya. yeah. i'd get approved for financing and they'd send the charger kit right out and i'd put it on. i would just spend the next 12 months paying for it, instead of the next 12 months saving up for it

the kit comes with the shaker scoop

i'd need to have someone cut a hole in the hood

no different than saving for it imo @ 0% except you actually get the product right away.

Thanks Ken.

Elliot I'm sure he can make the payments so I don't see it being a problem for him.
