KA is boring. L28 is way more fun. I am not looking to make power, rather I just want something that will sound good and be reliable, also it will be a pretty cheap swap and it is different. I just need to look up a few more things before I start gathering parts for it.

Doubt I'll run or even go. To use UpRev I have to get ECUTek off my ECU. To do that I need a ECUTek cable which is like 250$, **** that. Also from what I have been reading, UpRev still can't figure out the boost tables yet. I don't know 1 Juke that is happily running UpRev yet.

Right now, the Juke is done. I want to get one more tune when I can find the time and that is it. The rest of my time and money are going into swapping the 240.

You should definitely go and run, if nothing else to give yourself a baseline. I'm hunting for 12s full street trim.

Yeah i hear ya. If it aint broke dont fix it. I am kinda pissed at how they wont let me become dealer status even though i did there factory in house training and such. On the website it looks like i dont have a dyno so i dont get any calls. All because i wouldnt but the 3000 package. Oh well. I might try ecutek out myself. The nissan shootout should be fun. I should be in the nines by then.

Got some more work done to the S13.

New Steering rack, rack bushings and boots
Circuit Sport Stage 2 inner and outer tie rods.
Alignment

Should have it all done today or tomorrow. Car should ride and handle much better now. I didn't want to replace the steering rack but it was bad. It dipped into my swap fund, but I want to get the car driving great before I swap it.

So as some of you may have seen the S13 is up for sale/trade. After a few months with it, I really hate it. I get no joy from driving it. I thought I would like it, but I need to get back into a Z, and I actually have a deal cooking right now that might put me behind a Z that is even cleaner then my S13. More details on that when I know it is 100%.

Juke update:

Yea... this is happening.

Are you changing the master brake cylinder at all?

I know a few of the B16 guys who tried 6 piston wilwoods got awful braking performance, terrible pedal feel etc. Sold their kits immediately.

Even the 4 pistons weren't ideal. We've been sticking to the M45 brakes (2 piston, slightly larger pad surface etc).

This kit was tested and built for Jukes, so as far as I know no upgrade is needed.

Been a while since I last updated because I haven't done anything. But since I finally ordered something I figured I would update.

I held off on the brake upgrade for now, figured having wheels that clear the brakes is more important, so I finally ordered new wheels and lugs. Will order tires sometime this week.

Will post pics when they are mounted and I lower the car more. After the wheels, I think I am going to look into getting a set of ZG Flares and making them work. I've seen Jukes with flares and it really looks awesome.

Don't think I will be doing anymore performance mods this year. I feel at this point, the car is pretty quick, so it is just time to make it look nice. Wheels, flares, possibly brakes, and maybe one or two other things.

The Juke RS has been released so I want to look into getting some parts of that. I wanted the seats, but just a drivers seat will cost me over 2500$. No thank you.

So had to file a dispute with Paypal to get my money back for my wheels. I took a chance ordering from THMotorsports.com, but I was dealing with a live person who was very prompt with information and who placed my order directly. After assuring me my parts were in stock, I placed my order, last Tuesday. As of today, I have no shipping information or confirmation and all I get from the shipping department is "We are waiting on the manufacturer."

Called WORK, and they have no record of my order. THM then claim it is through a distributor of theirs and not WORK directly ("Manufacturer" is just a general term they use) and they are at the mercy of the distributor for everything, but regardless it's been nearly a week, and I am still waiting for IN STOCK items to ship.

Sorry, this isn't some 100$ order I can kind of shrug off and wait a while on, this was an 1800$ order. I gave them ample time to give me updates and information, they failed to do so, kept giving me a lame excuse, now I will let Paypal get me my money back and I will take my business elsewhere. Who can get me wheels I want? Lol.

As soon as the money is back in my paypal account I will be ready to place this order a second time.

This place has been shady for days. They have just as many bad reviews for every good review. The person I dealt with, Jon, was actually very nice and prompt, but offered little comfort when in regards to my order.

The funny thing is, after filing my dispute and canceling my order, I get an E-mail a few hours later from WORK Wheels USA (when I called this afternoon I spoke to Logan who said they had what I wanted in stock, but no order was placed by THM) from Logan, stating that he just got my order from THM.

So it required me to file a dispute and cancel my order before anything could be done about my order. Sorry but that is BS. I am leaving my dispute open until the wheels are in my possession. As for THM, I will never order from them again. This order should have been in WORK's system on Weds. The fact that it wasn't received until today means it was never completed.

Or not everything is done over night. I'm all about blasting bad business but you haven't even given them a full week

I agree. But when an item is in stock (even if it isn't in stock), the order in question should at least be in the system of the distributor/manufacturer after 1 full business day. "The manufacturer has received our order and we are waiting for them to fulfill it and ship it out." That's what I should have been told.

Instead I get "We are trying to get in contact with the manufacturer". I don't understand how that is standard business practice after days of waiting. I had to rattle chains before my order got placed.

As I said, Jon at THM was very nice, but quality assurance needs help, and I am not the only person to say this. I will give them a neutral review once my items come and I will cancel my dispute, but I will never do business with them again.

Logan over at WORK Wheels USA however was awesome and even gave me my tracking numbers last night, which I will assume, THM will give me today.

18x9 XD9s in Matte gray silver with blue RS lugs. I am drooling over the thought of them getting mounted and lowering the Juke more.
