yeah, and 410 mg of Sodium.....

I'm not actually eating one, but the other day when I thought my vertigo was coming back I thought about what I ate that day.....

3 cans of soda...65-75 mg of Sodium each
2 bowls of soup...the "light" kind...440 mg each
2 big texas rolls...410 mg each
1 bag of Cheezits...no idea.

Screw the vending machines at my work. I dunno how my heart didn't stop, but my EMT doctor said high sodium intake can be the cause and I believe him now.
