haha no ****. i train with angel at body arts. my good friend kyle hillman trains outta daddis, just won his wka division. i was at the elitexc event with him when wilson and matt ran house.

lol that's dope, i don't think I've met you're friend sure i've probably seen him around that's awesome he won, I was hoping to make it to that event but I had **** goin on. but yeah I was at the show too wilson is an animal on the ground and matt's a big muay thai cat I knew he'd have to chop down on nick with those kicks, i was hoping for a nice head kick finisher but I guess nick just falling over from leg kicks is coo lol

yeah matt's a beast, but what the hell was goin on with nick in the ring stumbling around? I wasn't sure if he was really that tired or just pulling an act hoping matt would move in so he could pull guard or something.

i'm pretty sure his leg was trashed from those kicks, his knee buckled at one point. granted i imagine he was exhausted on top of that, i don't think he's known for his cardio.

is the tourney you're going to be in in delaware this weekend? they were saying something in class tonight about a grappling tournament going on down there

yes sir. pending how i feel i wanna see if i can make it out to grappler's quest as well cause we've been training with guys from balance and they'll be there. after that, couple more thai fights, boxing smoker, and hopefully mma.

No doubt man, if I'm around this weekend I may head down to watch(think they got a mma fight going down that night too in de). But yeah I was hoping to get in the smoker in a month or so at my gym but I twisted my knee and that just ****ed me up big time. Was out for a month and a half and I'm just now hitting up classes on a regular schedule again and working hard on my cardio, so I'm hoping by november I'll be ready for the next smoker, and hopefully have most of this flab off my gut
