this day is going entirely too slow. This weekend will indeed be fun tho. Good weather in the forecast. Too bad i wont have time to wax my car for the CF show... Stupid rain

Its nothing super special, but it works just fine. I don't own a detail business so why spend **** loads of money on a buffer when I'm only gonna do a 1/2 fast job on my own car as it is.

Hi everyone! Hope everythings going well =] work sucks and school is taking over my life. I'm just full of positive thoughts today, lol. Pretty excited for tomorrow (going to price out my new car and make sure they have one on the lot) and for the busy weekend we have planned (Renaissance Faire and the CF Car Show). Now if only this week could speed itself up a bit...

If you're down to the ren faire, take 72 south into Manheim and in the square is a pizza shop called A&M. Man they have the best cheesesteaks, cheeseburger subs and pizza I've ever had. The pizza doesn't rate nearly as high as the cheesesteaks and subs but you guys are veggies ;)

It's true but the pad matters more than the buffer. I mean we didn't even use random orbit or anything like that, just regular rotating buffers. You just have to have the right touch. And I would never use a buffer to wax or seal, only compound or polish. But I don't know anything so don't listen to me.

i think the entire process matters more than the parts.

I can spend 5 hours detailing my car properly, or 30 minutes my way. In the end, its looks better then it did and I have more time left to do ****.

I'm going to say no helping anymore. It causes me to rush and mess up. But you can come over and drink beer and bull****. That's always fun and welcome. Really what saps my motivation is that I work so slowly and methodically. I don't make enough progress in a day and that kind of drains you emotionally. When I do other projects like coding or electronics ****, I can bust something meaningful together in only a couple days (without permanently destroying stuff). I get more eventual satisfaction from the car stuff though because I've never spent more time on anything before and had a good result in the end.
