thats it i made up my mind im done for the day for real... time to head back to the condo.. and probally do more work lol... maybe i'll go out onto the boardwalk n wildwood and cause some trouble since i am only a block from it... to think i been here all week and havent even gone on the boardwalk or anything

Yeah, I started seeing things at work and mixing up files so i called it a day before I did any actual damage. Just one more day though and I have all of 2009's files caught up.

There's a number of ways to do it. You can use a virtual desktop service like I think http://g.ho.st will work but there is one where you literally get a kde desktop in a browser window. My method of choice is to ssh into my home computer using a proxy (like ssh -D 1234 myhomemachine). Then you can set any browser you want to use localhost port 1234 as the proxy and all traffic will tunnel encrypted to your home machine. You need to have a different browser. Like firefox is my work browser and I installed flock to do proxying, otherwise I can't get to internal servers (because requests are originating from my home pc). Make sure it works on something innocuous like facebook before you go grazing for llama porn. You could also use safari for one or opera for one, etc.

pretty sure my work blocked all proxies not needed so we cant do that kinda thing lol.
