I used to clean my D200 with the wipes all the time, but then the D700 sensor cleaner with the rocket blower work fine now. Honestly I may have a small speck of dust on the sensor, but its nothing to really worry about.

Friend of mine recently got the front grilling (along with the window trim) painted black. The photo doesn't do it justice, but IMO the black grilling looks much better..

What the grilling looked like before..
