I work with Medicare. We receive the RFS (request for service). They typically come with the claimant's medical records. She is printing peices of the attachments but not all, then moving my emails to my processed folder. Then telling me to open the case without everything.

Its my job to open cases, sort meds, review and do cost projections for life care plans, then submit for final approval. Then of course get the settlement paperwork for the judge and payment arrangements.

Yeah rob small beds ftl... It's why I'm glad my mom got me a queen size for chirstmas lol...
