That's good you have patience because I don't see many other girls who would. I was getting pissed off at my gf for always eating salads. Yes they are healthy but get something different for a change. But she doesn't get them all the time now.

geeze Michelle that's crazy

I guess the good thing about being vegeterian and my gf having a picky stomach is a little better off than most. Then again... Just because I'm vegeterian doesnt mean I'm a healthy eater haha. Such a tricky subject eating is

I was never this patient with anyone else. But I guess it's different with him... since I believe it's true love. One of these days he'll realize he needs to eat something different. Hopefully sooner, rather than later.

He will. Eating ****ty catches up with your energy levels and how you feel reallll fast. Plus he has to realize sometime what he's missing. I'll try anything once. There's so many flavors an foods out there that are amazing.

Yeah because like Grimm said, if it were later, the result could be bad if he just keeps going.

I agree. But I feel like he's always super energetic and I'm always super tired. I'm the healthy eater... and he's not. That makes no sense. Sheesh. That jerk. I'm gonna have a talk with him next time I see him. He seriously needs to eat new things. I used to be picky when I was little... but now I just love trying new things.

funny this is on MSN's home page today

food to eat healthy

as i said i used to =not eat healthy mainly because i have a good metabolism and never showed any weight from eating un-healthy. but thats not to say my arteries weren't getting clogged.
I still don't eat perfectly, but i do eat much better. I suggest you try tricking your BF... not exactly sure how, but you'll figure it out, maybe start off by frying some string beans, then if he likes them, serve them steamed. if he doesn't like them steamed then all he really likes is the taste of bread crumbs soaked in lard.

granted what it really comes down to is, if he doesn't want to change he isn't going to.

you just have to find SOMETHING that is out of the norm for him that he'll try and then start getting other foods in there. Hate to say it like this, if you ask me, if he cares he'll listen.

I'm sure he's just being stubborn. I always was and then I saw my grandpap (god bless em in heaven) always enjoying stuff and I looked up to him a lot and so I tried what he was eating if it didn't have meat. Then i would his look for stuff with the ingredients I had tried and blam... Anything from sushi, to Medateranian, to Mexican, Indian, etc. Gotta find that gateway food

Oh and plus eating "healthy" doesn't = energy! It's all about nutrients in the different foods. If you're not getting enough of something you will feel tired and such

If he cared, he would have listened by now!!! I ask him to try my food all the time, but he gives a "that's gross" face and goes back to his chicken fingers/wings/burger/fries. I've gotten him to eat some pierogies once and part of a crab cake. He needs to eat green stuff! He wont ever eat a salad.

Nick Oakes... you're such a dirty boy.

I'll probably end up talking to my man tomorrow night when he comes to see me. I'm sure he'll suggest a "usual" place to go... and i'll be like "hell no bitch, we're going to get some mexican or chinese!" HAHAAH.

Not like crab cakes are a whole lot better, but at least get him get grilled chicken instead of fried, and well who knows what else you can do. Good luck but like others are saying, if he isn't going to change now, he won't change at all.

Hopefully he'll change for me. I don't want him having a heart attack, dying, and leaving me all alone sad panda.
