MR2 girl, if you are ok with paying those taxes for that house then go for it. Personally on that little bit of land and those taxes, I'd pass.

I wanna enter him into a WAE.. but down the line in a few years I'd really like to get a more serious working dog.
Frankie is both. He has the "Napoleon complex" since he is so little, he can be mouthy and get nasty if he is unsure of you. But, if he likes you, then he'll love you.

I really want to get Frankie in to serious Lure Coursing. He loved it so much. But the place is in North Jersey and on Friday nights, early Saturday mornings. :/

This too. Plus not only are the property taxes high, so are going to be closing costs. Ad about another 7-10k on the price.

I have landed a safe job and yeah it doesn't pay a lot but with my safe spending habits I should have a lot on a down payment come a couple years for now.

Reason why I'm staying home as long as I can at my parents house. I couldn't deal with throwing away money renting.

as of now, i'm still off tonight and working tomorrow i'm pissed because it's really unusual that no one would switch. i'll let you know if anything changes when you call. i should be out of work by 4 today.

i don't think i could move back home after being on my own for three years. plus, my parents are having financial issues right now and i wouldn't want to put a burden on them. and i hate the area they live in.

It's not so much a burden if you are able to help yourself out around there. Still act is if you are renting but just stay at home doing it? I don't know. Just throwing stuff out there.

moving back there would be moving away from most of my friends, moving away from my school, and another hour away from my job. so renting it is lol.

well if i could eat the internet i'd eat my last post about the oil filter.

turns out to do it right and not risk mucho problemos you need a $50 too that takes 3 weeks to get here (even with my connections) AND to not clog the oil ports over time and especially in the cold, you need 5w20 oil lol. Mazda really knows how to wear the name stealership haha. ****ing new cars. I just wanna change the damn oil. oh im sorry cartridge lol.

well at least i learned something today. plus got to talk to my buddies at mazda for a while and shoot the ****. silly people over there telling me some funny stories.

also ang its ok, we manage in many perverted ways.

haha Kathy making the kissing faces as they were explaining them sounded funny. I woke up half way through that piece but it was still a good one. As for toddler theater, I'd say it's worth listening to the podcast but since they were live from the mountains it was weird and echo-y so I don't know how the quality would be.
Apparently there was a 20ft cardboard staypuff marshmellow man. I cant wait to see pictures. Wish I got to go out to the cardboard classics this morning.

Even though renting is burning money, owning a home isn't nearly as affordible as it sounds. Taxes, insurance, and MAINTANCE is crazy. You wouldn't belive how much you spend to maintain a house. Gotta set money aside every month for things that randomly break or wear out. Water heater, appliances, roof, carpet, grass, driveway, ect...

If I could, I would stay at my parents until I was like 27, but my girlfriend is a year and a half older than me and she doesn't want to have to wait that long haha. So hopefully these years to come will work out for me and I'll be able to save the amount I need.
