I'm at the Langhorne one 4-5 nights a week, I've seen a red 240 there before, and met a guy with a blue STi also.

prob was mine. i go monday, wednesdays, fridays and sundays. usually around 4:30 i get there. I'd kill to have a lifting partner. All my friends are to lazy lol.

Didn't make it today, gonna go at some point tomorrow...if anyone is gonna be there at a specific time post up and we can train in a pair or group. And people are welcome to try some of my pre-workout, but you might never want to train without it again lol

PF Red Lion and Trevose both have only Dumbells....no free benches or barbells. Dumbells only up to 60 lbs, which i suppose is in line with their no meathead atmosphere. I like it for what i use it for. I did go to Retro and i loved it, i only switched to PF because its 24 hrs and sometimes i have to go at 4am, if i'm going before work. Otherwise, I'd have never left Retro.

the one in langhorne goes up to 75's and has free benches/ barbells in flat and incline and like 4 smith machines. u can get pretty much everything done there that most would need. Although repping 75's is starting to get old

just so convenient being i work across the street.

jcr, were you on the boulevard or in Langhorne? There's a black RSX at the Langhorne location sometimes.
I was at the Langhorne one from about 8:45-11:45 tonight. I was warned that someone put glass bottles in front of the tires of another member's STi while it was parked in the lot. WTF. Keep an eye on your cars out there people...

i was at the boulevard one, however i did notice an empty amp can and a yogurt can with plastic knives from wendy's in front of the drivers side rear tire. i just kicked it and was on my way.

I have planet fitness and LA. Just for the tanning it's cheaper then a salon which costs $40.99 a month.

Also LA the free weights go up by 10's instead of 5's like Planet.

Both LA Fitness' that I worked out at had the free weights go up by 5's... that'd be insane for them to only go up by 10's... haha.

The one here in Stamford,CT all go by 10's. With the exception for the 10 15 20 30....etc
