Weird thing is, I did not see or hear the driver, So I'm not sure how anyone is saying that he is a rich kid, snobby kid, ETC. For all we know, He could have took out a loan and is still paying on the vehicle, And trying to survive pay check to paycheck just to afford his car payment?

I don't know what is worse though , The whole ''rich kid, mommy daddy" lines that you hear everything in the world, The people who do bash the ''wealthy'' only because they are jealous, Or can't have/do what the ''wealthy'' are doing, Or the actual ''wealthy'' themselves for letting the other people know when they do something stupid/dumb/wrong ETC. I never got anything handed to me, But if parents were wealthy enough to give their child a great life, WHY NOT? It's THEIR money, And their choices!!! I hate always reading on forums about ''mommy/daddy'' racing comments shot to younger kids with nice things (not only cars), Or in person when you see someone getting bashed because they have a beautiful, expensive car/posession, And the person bashing them is some scumbag piece of trash who has nothing/is nothing, And can only wish every nite that he wakes up with a pot to pee in, or a window to throw it out of.

A few things bother me:

- For starters if I was 21 (I'm 20) and lucky enough to own a GT-R, even if my parents bought it, I would not be trying to mountatin race it. I would be babying the hell out of the thing and I'd be waxing it once and week and making sure she is all purdy. Hell I treat my $8,000 piece of crap better than he treats his $90,000 beauty.

- If you feel the need to mountain race why do it in the dark? This isn't Fast and the Furious you dipsh*t.

- How can you be dumb enough to post a video of the accident? The insurance company is already gonna be all over your ass for crashing that somewhat rare car.

I am suprised they were going so fast through those roads aswell. In the beginning, It looked like there were at least 3 people in the car since you can see a ''head'' in the middle/back seat. Very very dangerous thing to do, Let alone with friends/family in the car. I can't even imagine smashing a car that is almost $100k. I get dissapointed when my car gets dirty/ETC. It's a shame they actually video taped it. i'm guessing not only did he get busted for insurance fraud, But he now got a ton of tickets for the acts displayed in the video before the crash. I don't know how anyone can even think about doing the whole insurance thing, When you can easily get thrown in jail for it!
