I would love to lease -- but driving WAY over the 12k limit (I'm around 25k/year), I could never do it.

i love my mazda3 but as it was already stated, leasing sucks if you're planning on tuning. if you dont plan to re-finance it at the end of your lease to buy it out, you need to make sure the changes you make can be removed. some changes void the warranty.

and that 120/mth w/ $1100 down deal - is that something you already worked out with the dealer or is it based of the commercials that mazda is running? they had a similar deal but w/ $0 down when i got my car at the end of September. It was for almost the base model though. So if that deal hasn't been worked out with the dealer for the specific car you want, i wouldn't count on the $120/mth.

What year were you looking at btw?

Do you have the tt I6? If so, I would keep it and do some work to it with the 4k you have. That is an awesome car you have now. Why down grade from a top of the line saloon to a tuner or a wagon with a ruined center of gravity with useless truck tires?

i wish i had the t6 haha they are quick for a big sedan.

meeshell im looking to either buy an 07 or 08 or leasing the 2010 the s grand touring sport with a 6 speed in it .... hatchback of course the only thing is im going to college next year so i deffinatly will not be doing a ton of mods ... prob just an exhaust and intake maybe some wheels all things i can easily return to stock. the 120 a month is actually 107 but i figure with tax and maybe an option that i want it will be around 120-130 which isnt that bad at all.

I think the 2.9 is much better than the t6, the ride is better, less problems, slightly cheaper to fix etc etc.

i love it haha people can say what they want but that car is quick as **** for being a 2.9, people under estimate it alot cuz its so big. i burn my friends all the time in my car haha but the turbo comes with more power but is sooooo much more expensive to maintain and to fix so id have to agree with you on that one lol but if your in a position where you can afford it is a much faster/ powerful ride also have heard there are more problems with the t6

Compared to the other cars I've owned it's decent but not the fastest. It feels faster than an E46 M3 in the beginning but once you get to highway speeds the E46 M3 feels faster. It is the most comfortable car I've owned though. The V8 S80 is pretty nice, I'm not too fond of the interior though. You should take a spin in the C30's, those are pretty peppy.

I leased my Honda from Scott Honda of West Chester and they told me I could do absolutely anything I wanted to it, except change the color of the car. He said to just make sure you keep all the stock parts so you can reinstall them if you decide you don't want to keep the car. However he told me they would still take it with modifications, I just wouldn't get any extra money back. I plan on purchasing after the lease, and selling it right off the bat (will save me 4k+ in the end) and than I am going to lease a sports car. I love the idea of being able to lease a quick car, beat the **** out of it, and not have to worry about parts failing since they are automatically covered under the warranty Scott Honda told me I could lease a 5 speed, go through 2 transmissions learning how to drive stick, and they would still replace it free, no questions asked, so that sounds good to me if you always want to drive the latest sports cars.

I would go with Mazda 3. Both are great cars and reliable. Honda more reliable. But the Mazda handles better and feels faster. It is more fun to drive.

My father had a 2006 S60R. It was a great car for long drives and the interior was impressive, expecially for a Volvo. The paint was called something like electric silver and it was metallic silver with a slight blue tint in bright light. The interior was a dark metallic blue leather along with black leather and dark metallic blue stitching in the leather. The blue in the interior matched the blue gauges in the dash. The adjustable on the fly suspension was great for when you wanted to chage the ride based on where and how you were driving. Also, the brakes worked great. 4 piston brembos on all 4 corners helped stop it quickly.

If my father didn't get such a great deal on a new 2009 BMW 335 sedan, he would have kept the S60R for a long time he said.
