Date, time, and place are final!!!

Please see the first post for updated info. The date is final for August 1st, 2010 and we have pavilion 14 (same as past years) at Ridley Creek State Park.

I have also added the food list to the first post, as we're about 2 months out.

Please post up in the thread what you would like to bring, as well as the quantity. Obviously one person does not have to bring enough for everyone (i.e. burgers, hot dogs, buns, etc.), but if we can get 5-6 people per item, it'll split the cost up.
Before you post up, please take a look at the list as it will be updated constantly once people decide.
Once your name is on the list, please make sure to bring the item. It wouldn't be good if we ended up without utensils, plates, or charcoal (or pretty much most of the items).
If you plan on bringing an item that spoils, make sure to keep it cold on your way to the meet.
Make sure to show up on time if you plan on bringing an item. This way we don't have to wait once we start grilling and eating.

Just so you guys/girls know, the reservation for the pavilion was $79. If you would like to contribute to the cost, I'd greatly appreciate it. If not, I won't hunt people down. Any extra past the $79 will be redistributed back to the group via some methods James and I come up with. In the past, we've given some money to the person/people who came from the furthest away to help out with gas for their return trip. If we get more than enough, we might divided it for the car show category winners. I'm not looking to make money on this, but just help offset the cost.

The list in the first post has been updated. If you are not on it and previously posted in this thread that you were coming, please let me know. If you haven't posted in here, feel free to!

We need more people to bring meat products - hamburgers, hot dogs, chicken, etc. We'll hopefully have over 100 cars there (with probably more than one person per car) and right now we only have 56 burgers and 64 hot dogs. We won't be able to feed everyone with just that. Especially when I know some people last year had 2-3 hot dogs and 1-2 burgers.

We also need some more drinks - bottles of water, cans of soda, etc.

Just please check the list, especially if you haven't signed up for anything. We have only 12 people signed up to bring stuff, and probably over 100 coming. What kind of ratio is that?!?

Only a little over 2 weeks!

Food list updated. Keep in mind for those viewing this thread on other sites to please refer back to the food list on DSMtuners as it will be the most up-to-date. Thanks to all who have stepped up! Now we're just waiting to see what Tom does so that we can cover what he was initially planning on bringing.

The only thing that I see that we could use some more of is soda, as long as people want something with flavor. It looks like we'll have a good amount of water coming. As always, if anyone can think of something they like to have at a picnic, feel free to bring it!

Predicted weather for the meet

According to weather.com, it's showing August 1st to be scattered thunderstorms (40% chance) and around 84°.

You don't have to have a Mitsubishi to go. There are plenty of people who don't own Mitsu's and plenty of people bringing out their DD's to the meet.

I'm sure I speak for all when I say that the only people who are not invited are the ones that will fly through the park, do burnouts in the parking lot, and throw their trash everywhere except in trash cans.
