A little while ago i got a call that andre was spotted over on aramingo ave at the forman mills, I passed off the info to the police like i was told to. I am waiting to see if he was picked up or pulled over. I will go down to the district tomorrow to find out what happened. Thanks for the help

Spoke with the Detective handling the case last night, she told me she spoke to him on the phone and said she is setting up an interview with him next week , i dont know why next week but i guess its better than not at all, i am also wondering what the interview is for.

i had an interview with a detective once, they just ask you about the situation to get some facts. obviously there isnt a warrant out right now.

that is pretty crappy. It takes awhile for police to do an investigation in situations like this. Plus in this situation i think you'll likely have to go to court since its kinda your word against his, right?

he owes alot but its not really his word against mine...i can pull 100 witnesses that seen the amount of work that went into the car , he has no reciept to show it being paid for and i had 2 people here the day he took the car..I was told they have to do this before they issue a warrant, i guess kind of a last chance to pay up..we will see i will update with any info i have , thanks again
