When the question about the birth certificate was first raised the media and factcheck.org were invited to see the certificate, hold it in their hands, and inspect it themselves. Here is the piece that factcheck.org wrote with pictures of the seal, the signature of the state rep:

Certificate of live birth isn't the same, but I honestly don't care.

Point is, if Beck was a suspect and there was an overwhelming amount of evidence, he would have been convicted or at least tried in a court of law. He wasn't even rich or famous back then either, which is funny, since fame often helps in situations like that......*cough* Kennedy *cough*.....

Learn to read, I asked for a link, some proof that Beck killed and raped some lady back in the day. Saying that the internet wasn't around yet is a piss poor excuse since I can find countless digital copies of the Declaration of Independence and the Holy Bible, both of which were written WAY before 1990.

Yeah but you have to agree that the whole situation with the death of that girl makes me question his character. I mean, for all those years he potentially lived with having gone through such an experience. I don't know if I want someone like that being the voice of the people like he is.

Also, if he is really innocent of those charges, why doesn't he just prove that he didn't do it? What is really hiding, and who is the man we think we know as Glen Beck?

and on the original topic, i saw GB throw the 'frog' in the pot live on TV and it was funny as hell. plain and simple, hilarious. if anyone out there in TV/Interwebz land can't figure out that it was a FAKE FROG then you're obviously the dumb motherf***ers that GB and the rest of us are talking about in the first place. unintelligent sheep that believe exactly what they see on TV without even thinking logically about what they just saw.

The fact is that he has refused to release records which could get him in hot water. Why has he not released these records? It's not because he is so busy, he has a talk show, for christ's sake. He works for maybe 4 hours a day.

You've still failed at providing any actual proof. Unless you can cite a real source you have done nothing but spread gossip. But, thanks for playing, buddy.

Everything I've seen on the interwebs regarding this story has been as rock solid as a Jello shot in July. Personally I would be glad if I never heard or saw Glen Beck again, but the rape/murder story seems to have no foundation in reality.
