I vote the for "the clutch is done." I remember back in the day when DSMrs had to upgrade to Centerforce Dual Friction clutches cause they were the only things out there that could handle the extra power. Those clutches lasted about a 100 passes.

And if you are slipping the clutch you might end up warping the pressure plate so that needs to be replaced as well. Never a good idea just replacing the clutch disc alone if you got a full life out of it unless you don't mind doing the clutch job again soon.
