Car now wont start for more than a second unless you step on the gas... then itll run fine for for about five seconds but if you let go of the gas it dies aswell

Check ur fuel filter.And check for fuel pressure at ur fuel rail.You may have a bad pump.

fuel filter is brand new, FPR is brand new, and Walbro is only 2 months old

Is the filter the one for the car or is it after market.And I what about ur reg or ecu

Don't these engines have a cam sensor? Or am I thinking of the SR.

cam sensor is in the distributor on a ka.

if u pulled the dist - perhaps the timing is not set right?

Wow and I bet you purchased that CLS 500 with the money earned from a good career after a proper education... I drive what I drive because I like the cars.... If i wanted a CLS 500 Id make the payments.

These have the sensor in the dizzy

Turns out that i had a bad ground to my MAF
I figured itd be something dumb

Now now people lets not turn this into a fight. Dudes just trying to fix his car. Boost your car does not make you cool all VR4 was asking you to do was properley structure a sentence. Im taking this by what I know of another car but last time my IAC (idol air controll valve) went down my car was doing this to. Replaced the IAC and it ran fine. Again this is from what i know of another car and, the car is way older than yours so it might not be the problem you have.
