tough times suck dude. Ask me how i know. I owe verizon 200, sears 500, my parents 6k, and pgw like 120. and my phone broke tonight. and my upgrade isnt until october. And i dont even have internet or cable in my apartment. Just always feels like Ill never get ahead. Its easy to turn real emo real fast, but just dont think about it. Get up, go to work, come home, go to sleep, repeat. If you work every waking hour, you wont think about it, and OT will certainly help you through tough times.

Your realtor is a scumbag for not taking care of you but rather than spend your energy (emotionally/physically) to get back at him, Find your home 1st

How much stuff do you have?
How much to store?
Would it be better to get a 6 month apartment lease and throw that stuff in there while you also have a place to stay
In the meanwhile you will cool your head and not jump on the First house in your pricerange that may really not be a deal or right for you
