I have been tuned by ivey and left very dissapointed. Right after is when I met petey and I have not let anyone touch my car since. Honestly ivey will load a tune in that he use on someone elses car and call it a day. I spent 500$ on an ivey tune to make less power than i did on a stock turbo. I met pete and did two pulls with him and the car made about 40-50 more hp right off the bat. I also heard a ton of goodthings about cbrd. I actually just gave up on the big turbo set up to go with a bbk full turbo that pete will be tuning soon.

i had cbrd do some work and tuning as well, great guys. mark really knows his way around an evo. chad is an awsome tuner, i hit 400 on their dyno on pump gas, not easy to do on a stock framed turbo.

Chad Block > Sean Ivey, All Day! and into next week!

Quite a few people I know have had Evo's make stupid power on Stock Turbo's on CBRD's Dyno and the cars are completely well mannered and DD'able. Chad does great WOT tuning as well as driveability. Checking out the facility alone is worth the trek out there!

Ivey will tune your car well and safely. Customer service isn't the best, though.

Akuma Motorsports is another reputable tuner. Customer service and interactivity in the whole process is much better.

CBRD have some crazy race Evo's, so I'm guess they're good. I don't know much about them besides that.

Recently i met Ivey for the first time and he was cool but his crew really turned me off. If i was in the position i would go to petey no doubt.

I have heard good thing about both of the company. CBRD I didn't hear about them till evo came out but seanIvey is know to do some good work on DSM. He started of with dsm and once Evo came out he started to work on Evos. I have heard Sean Ivey is pretty pricey tho.

CBRD has treated me right every time I've been there. I am more than completely satisfied with my tune and their customer service. Chad is a class act and so are his guys. And once you get tuned there, "follow up" tunes are half price...

I'm pretty sure that's the same anywhere. You're initially buying the software.

Sean Ivey is an awesome tuner. Knows his stuff. I personaly own Sean's old 1G and I can tell you that not only did he do a great job on all the wiring, but he had installed everything the correct way. There are a series of buttons in my car that Sean had installed. They are for nitrous, line lock, and 2 step. In a stick car all these buttons and switches can be a handfull. So Sean has certain buttons that activate on thing, while de-activating another. Without getting into specifics,Sean knows what he's doing and I would trust him to do my tune anyday.
