I wrecked the bejeezus out of one of these ponies back in the day.... don't let your friend get you completely wasted then tell you to drive his 5.0 home from the bar.. 2 180s and a jumped curb later I found myself at a rest 4 feet away from someone's house... on their front lawn.. Took off quick, but left the radiator on teh front lawn. Man i was dumb when I was 19. :D

Seriously tho, I misstep in these cars and you are SOL. Have your kid bro be careful as heck.

I cant say much i mean my first car was a camaro ss with a STS turbo kit...so yeah hahaha

But he has ALOT of respect towards fast cars, and he still has the "scared"ness in him. So i think after a few times of taking it out it will be much better.

And the only GOOD thing about the interior is the corbeau racing seats and the 5 point harness' lol other than that its junk

i like the car its bad ass, im sure he will be fine, not every 15 year old is a complete moron, my first car had around 425 to the wheels, it was an 88 iroc z camaro, my dad helped me build it, as long as he has respect for the car he will be fine, sounds like he had a decent upbringing around fast cars too, so just as long as someone tells him not to be a retard he will be fine lol.. tell him congrats.

I mean there is MINOR things it needs, like a NEW rear bumper you can see in the pics of the rear shot its cracked. But the paint is fresh

a 400rwhp fox will run way into the 11s with good tires and a good driver. thats to fast for a first time driver. also whats done to the 306??? that must have some serious work done?? most NA street 347s only put out that. I had a H/C/I fox with 4:11s when i was 16 and im shocked im not dead. I drove like an asshole. knowing how I use to be I'd never give one of my kids a car that fast.

one of my friends first cars when he got his license was a pace edition fox body mustang w/ a 351w long headers..edelbrock heads, 750 holley carb 4.11s etc.. then again he almost died. lol.

Its either going to be supercharged or running with a small shot. The motor has less then 10k on a rebuild

I think he'll be find if he respects the power, being it is a fox body the things gonna get loose but he'll need to feel that him self to know that its like O Sh*t there's good spots an bad spots to do that . Maybe gas mileage will calm him down lol whos paying for that an does he work lol i can imagine he's gonna need to fill up like every other day. The camaro use go threw a 1/4 of a tank just driving from Dolyestown to Warrington so lol.

I'll see if sled wants to stop by when we get back from Vaction i wanna see the other car haha but your brothers is nice too haha.

11s?! really? thats pretty quick. And yeah, I would agree too quick/torquey for a first time driver...

I thought 5.0's were 302 windsors... I'm seeing 306 and 347 here. My Cubic inch = liter conversion calculation isn't quite up to snuff. Someone clear me up?

I too easily could have died in one of these guys.

5.0's are 302's but the most common upgrade is a to a 306 or 347 both can be down for a good price to increase power a good amount using the stock block of course.
