I don't know if you want criticism but if you do, then read below, if not then just ignore my post...

#1 there is a pole growing out of her head, not great composition.
#2 looks out of focus and the steering wheel is upside down, looks kinda odd
#3 her face is out of focus completely
#4 looks like the focus was on the car because she is out of focus again
#5 actually looks like the best shot of the group

I just see no pop. I've seen you take much better pictures.

Thanks for all the comments everyone, good and bad. The bad ones help me keep learning/improving so bring it on

Yeah unfortunately it was overcast and it seemed like my camera just wasn't cooperating with me to make the pics anything outstanding.

I have, but he wants them for the model section of his website and he thinks the slutty pictures are what grabs people's attention. His site is all about money, investing, real estate, etc so I don't know what type of clientelle he's trying to attract with these slutty pictures... but that's not really for me to decide.

The last set he posted taken at Hyperfest were absolutely terrible though. He obviously knows nothing about photography so it's not even worth the money for me anymore. I'm done with this guy.

1 - She's leaning against the pole, I don't see it as growing out of her head but I guess I can see what you mean.

About the OOF pictures...I need to adjust where my camera focuses because it looks like for most of them the camera focuses on the car, not the girl. I would figure that on a camera this expensive it would figure out the focus with no problem haha.

^ I know you don't usually shoot like that thats why it was odd to see the pictures out of focus. Maybe your lens is screwing up? I know she's leaning against the pole in that one shot, it just looks odd to me.

it does look odd, i would clone it out and that shot will improve dramatically. as for the focus, it looks like the lens is back focusing for some reason. if you havent already, dont let the camera choose a focus point, choose one yourself, prolly center point. i know that sounds simple but you'd be surprised how many people end up with oof shots because of that. i think a lower f-stop would have helped as well.

yeah what were the settings for this? Like aperture wise? It says you have the 18-135 in your sig, so thats a what 3.5-5.6? Even at 3.5 I wouldn't think the dof between the model and car was that great that she would be out of focus. I've heard really ****ty things about that lens, and seen many of them have focusing problems, might be time for a nice prime for something like this.

im writing down everyones name who made a negative comment, just so that i know who the homosexual tst members are! haha

seriously though, great looking girl, and good pics. the only criticism i have would be that you dont seem to do enough post processing on them. these shots would benefit greatly from some added sharpness and color tweaking.

^ you can only sharpen up an image so much until you reach the over processed stage.

I usually only do very basic post processing. I am not all that good, and I would probably do more bad than good. I still have a lot of learning to do with photography in general, with shooting properly and post processing (color correction, etc). Usually I just try to color correct, adjust the exposure, brightness/contrast, and maybe some sharpening.

You might get a little more pop but thats about it. Tonk realizes it as well by now, these pictures arent up to what he has shown in the past.

sadly i must say i am not digging any of them. i hope you took more than just a handful of photos? i agree you gotta give the client what they want, but sometimes you also need point them in the right direction.
i either think the client had no clue as to what exactly they wanted, or they just don't have a good sense about them.

why would you put a model in the truck of a porsche?
i was hoping for the obligatory harness straps over the boobs shot.

It's hard to do when the car doesn't have harnesses ;)
