Ok, I cant get on AT ALL, not on my phone or on my computer, But I went though a Proxy (what im on now) and it let me RIGHT on, WTF! 67.192.62.93 is my IP, but I cant get on and I dont like proxy's!

Yea, Still not working on my computer, I tryed 3 different brosers to see if that helps, but nope. I might try to reset my IP and see what happens, ill get back to ya, im still on a proxy to get on here.

Anyone having issues please do the following and post the info or screenshot here... thanks.

Part A
1) Go to www.whatismyip.com
2) Copy the IP that shows up on the page, which is your local IP address.

Part B
1) In Windows, select Start > Programs > Accessories > Command Prompt.
2) Type in "tracert tristatetuners.com" and hit enter.
3) Take a screenshot of the info it gives you as a result and paste it here.

This info will help us troubleshoot the connectivity issues so that we can fix them once and for all.

Oh, if you arent able to get on the site to do these things all at once, you can email them to me at bryantroll (at) gmail (dot) com
