There was something on the wheels underneath the paint that he was having a hard time stripping down for whatever reason. Martin always make sure the surface of whatever he is coating is as clean as possible

Saw you the other day. I was in the Rafferty Subaru van and you were turning right onto Darby rd I believe. I probably gave you a goofy look. Surprisingly though it doesn't look all that bad. Way to bright and bold for me to wanna put on my car but definitely far from looking like crap.
