Sounds like you either have a ****ty FMIC, tired radiator, bad thermostat or not enough coolant. Could be the thermostat because of the temperature change.

yea i changed my thermostat but im selling/parting it out now anyway im pursuing a to get a subie now hasnt over heated on me for a bit soo i just kept driving only really did it on hot days when the sun was out but yea thanks for all the help guys

If your DSM is overheating, its not an airflow problem, its most likely a thermostat or heat gasket or waterpump.
