Great story, very clean car, probably one of the smarter buys too, considering its one of the few cars that will actually hold value nowadays.

Steve, next time your over, I'll accidently remove your bumper cover and install a FMIC. Side mounts are for bitches

I wont take a supra seriously unless I see a front mounted turbo or a FMIC

Here is a pump gas car with 430whp with the stock Intercooler.

I think the record for stock twins is around 500whp, but thats with cam, cam gears, and a front mount. Not sure about it being on pump gas either, but 430 is a pretty achievable number. I will go wit h a Greddy Front Mount in the future.

I do at times like to grab my ebrake, and bust a 180 at 180mph to get a look at the scenery behind me. I got my springs/shocks and exhaust installed yesterday, so I am happy, just waiting on the spring to settle.

In all seriousness, Nick I don't have much of a chance in beating you, unless somehow your AWD swap kills your acceleration from a roll pretty bad.

When we have them on the dyno most of the BPU cars with stock twins and front mounts usually come in at 400-425 at around 19lbs with no knock...any more boost on pump gas with stock twins start to knock and become real inefficient. Your car is a 98...so maybe you can hit those numbers if ya boost it a lil more and run it cold....

that power and torque curve looks a lil suspect on a stock twins car, its missing that lil power dip at 4000-4200 rpm that they all have, even when u dont run them sequential on a stock ecu that is.

Thanks guys... What's going on Andrew? I am going to try 8mm spacers in the rear and probably those or 15 mm adapters in the front. I don't plan on keeping these wheels to long though I intend on getting some rp01's or some 5zigen fnor wheels or possibly works xd9 wheels in 17 inches to keep the car low. I don't know of anyone who has a fender roller but Vince at rt told me a couple years ago that they do it. Vince you are correct about the dyno sheet. Obd2 cars don't dip as bad because they don't have the factory lean spot that the obd1 cars have but it could be in ttc mode. I trust mark tozer as much as I trust John hennessey which is not much to say. the least. Nick my left shock was so blown that I could push it down with one hand and it never came back up. I am sure that had a lot to do with my wheel hop and the that "moment" the other week. Typing from my blackberry so I am sorry for the bad sentence structure and grammer. Oh can anyone get the above wheels at cost?

Thanks Andrew, I was going to ask you if you would be interested in helping me with the suspension install, and I would have paid you for your time, but I wind up getting it done.

Thanks though, I appreciate it.
