Nice work man, i in the midst of my house rebuilding as well, nice color combo in the living room, thats pretty similar to what i was thinking. Guess that will have to change, lol.

Does that diploma say Monmouth Univ?

If so, that is where I graduated from as well.

House looks awesome! Did the bathrooms need to be re-done? That would be my least favorite part.

Hopefully someday I will move out of the Apartment and into my own house.

yes sir, graduated from Monmouth about 5-6 years ago,...

the bathrooms are both new and updated and had been redone about 3 years ago,...i am just going to change some fixtures and lighting and that is it,..everything else is ok

i dont know where you looked at the couch,...

i first saw it at macys,..sat in it, and it was hard and kind uncomfortable,....i then went to american signature and they had the "same couch" sat in it and it was totally different,...maybe "same couch" different makers, i dont know man,... but now i love it,...just trying to pick out a chair for the corner there,...

and thank you for the comments guys,...and yes alot of hard work has went into this home,..i do not plan on being here anymore then 3 years, then its on to bigger and better things,..just waiting for the market to turn around,...

when you walk out of closing and you are handed the keys it is one of the scariest/greatest feelings you will ever have,..kinda weird to explain,...there is no more dicking around,..you just made a SERIOUS purchase!

mustang has basically been put on hold for now,..all of the funds have been turned towards the home for now,...i want to get as much home stuff done as possible before it starts to get warm,..then the funds will be back on the mustang for sure
