I just bought me an M4A3, sweet gun. What make mags are they, and how do you like them?

M4's are fun to shoot. I've been fortunate enough to fire a full automatic one. I think the rifle could use a nice surefire front grip with a tac light. I think that would set it off. And a little over a thousand isn't that bad now adays, considering how gun owners are freaking out thinking Obama will take away our rifles. I don't think he'll do anything of that nature, but I bet the arms dealers are pretty freakin happy.

Like he said its a growing hobby. I look as it as an investment I want to keep it in the family to hand down. Plus I am a member of a gun club and we shoot all the time.

They are indeed they are being very scarce with the election. PMAGS are very hard to find and I freaking LOVE them

Here is a good video to show you how PMAGS stand up against regular mags

I wouldnt say coming to a halt, more so going up in price by A LOT. Inflation by $400-500. If consumers weren't buying at this price they would come down but people are freaking out. How is the the colt btw?

don't bring that thing to jersey. unless you can remove that flash disperser.

Are those 30 round mags? If so don't bring those to jersey either.

here is my M16A4
Mods:
Aimpoint CompM4s Red Dot Sight
IR laser target designator
Pelican M6 LED flashlight with remote trigger & Green lense.(Not installed in the photo but it mounts on the right side of the rifle.
M4 buffer weight and spring.
Blackhawk combat sling

I would like to put the heavier barrel on but uncle same won't let me change the barrel. do you have a link to that bi pod? It's looks pretty nice. I'd like to run that and a side mount for the sling so it won't bother me when I've got the thing on my back.

Nice setup man are you in the service? I wanted the aimpoint but since I got the holo sight in a trade I could wait. The one I have is a Harris Bi pod Link this is the bench rest which is goes from 6" to 9" and I also go the swivel so you can go side to side a little without moving the off the bench. I also had to get the YHM bi pod adapter for like $30 but Larue Tactical makes a nicer one but a little more though. Yes PMAGS are 30 rounds and I know how much Jersey does suck.

Yea I'm in the Army. We have been tricking out rifles out since we are deploying in about a month. Just zeroed the aimpoint last night and my shot groups were all connected. you could over it up with a penny :-) but I'll have to re zero it when I put the 1inch riser on for the aimpoint. It was fine until I put the target designator on and now half my view it blocked :-/
